How to resolve black screen when connecting to remote desktop?

"Connection to Remote Desktop" is a method in the Microsoft operating system to have control of a machine remotely, from your office on your home computer for example (by configuring dynamic IP address and ports, previously for this).

The main utility is when we have a computer serving some system and we need to access it remotely to make some adjustment in order to support, backup, update some service, system, etc., avoiding physically moving to the location where the computer is installed.

It turns out that it doesn't always work as expected, and sometimes we come across the following screen:

Use the key combination:

CTRL + ALT + END

This combination within RDP will work as CTRL + ALT + DEL, and then you can open the task manager and have control over the machine again.
